Gregory G. Brown obtained a ruling in favor of his client, the Plaintiff, in a hotly contested divorce case

Brown & Charbonneau, LLP attorney Gregory G. Brown obtained a ruling in favor of his client, the Plaintiff, in a hotly contested divorce case, for a three year long Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) for his client and her daughter. The DVRO was filed after the client’s ex-husband, the Defendant, slashed the plaintiff’s tires causing them to malfunction while driving. The slashing of the tires coupled with ongoing threats toward the Plaintiff and her daughter forced the Plaintiff to seek action toward the Defendant. This hearing is in addition to the current divorce proceedings, beginning in 2014, that are still ongoing and have caused the Plaintiff to incur an exponential amount in attorney’s fees. However, after a three day long hearing, attorney Gregory G. Brown was able to recover attorney’s fees and sanctions for his client in the amount of $15,000 solely related to the DVRO hearing.
